Accuracy note — distances are Haversine × a circuity factor, roughly ±8–15% against actual road miles. Rate and CWT tables are editable assumptions. This tool is built to compare relative savings (Δ) between scenarios, not to forecast absolute freight spend. Vehicle routing is NP-hard, so the result is a heuristic solution — a global optimum is not guaranteed.

Domiciles (location + capacity)

Max Resources is a hard limit on available tractors. Anything beyond it is covered by purchased transport at a penalty rate.

Import hub configuration

Loads the “Hubs → v1 Export” file from Network Coverage Simulator v3 directly.
Columns: hub_id, name, short, lat, lng, max_resources

Import assumption registry

Upload the assumption registry exported by S2 and the actual-based linehaul rate and fuel surcharge are applied automatically.

Equipment master

Weight, cube and stop limits per equipment type. The solver assigns the smallest vehicle that satisfies every constraint.
